hello

I hope that this can be sorted asap as this has been going on for 1 week and 2 days now. My line is intermittent

let me explain myself

1. I have 2 adsl lines one connected to a cisco router (business adsl) and the other to either a D-link or a linksys router.
2. I connect my linksys or D-link router to a dedicated untangle firewall. So I have to enter the adsl details in the untangle firewall and use telkom guest account on my router.
3. So whenever I connect any of the 2 lines to the D-link or cisco router it doesn't work but when connected to the Cisco router it works.
3. Also when I connect my account directly into the router my internet is intermittent.
4. Telkom was at my house and connected a R12K equipment on my line and he couldn't found anything wrong.
5. When my internet disconnects my router internet and adsl light is still on even if I check for 1min.

My conclusion is that something is wrong with my account. Please mail me proof that everything is fine or I will have to look for another ISP. Even the premier department can't help me. Openweb look promising.

please call me asap. Will pm you my number

Would it be fair to recommend a Google DNS 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4? It seems to work quite well, and Google services load so much faster.

Hi
Yes you could, but please be aware that this can cause issues with sites loading.
So if you make use of this then please keep that in mind.

Mweb Guy

I cant access Mweb Message Centre anymore.

The mweb page loads and it asks me for my username and password, which I type in.. then I get a runtime error...

Thanks
