As I am quite new to MWeb, I do apologise if I am missing the obvious.
Last night used my WA account and all went well. Great downloads and hassle free. This morning at about 06:45 connect to MWeb and 10 minutes later my connection is down. Reboot router and go to work. Now I check my stats and see that since 07:05 my connection has been down and no action.
As I have a MWeb router, surely when it drops a connection, it should re-eastablish it soon. Also, why am I having all they drops and lost connections (I should have a line fault open with Telkom - not sure on the state of that, but as I said my WA account seemed to be great today).
This really is annoying as my account is a few weeks old, and all went well with the test account. I cannot find an email address for support and hence this post
