mweb uncapped getting worse by the week?

Ok so I am now lagging having absolutely HORRILE speeds and latency

Lag spikes IN mweb BO servers and now when I call customer support THEY WILL DENY THEY HAVE A FAULT AND IT IS ON MY SIDE.

Even tho I know IT'S MWEB AND MY ENTIRE CLAN HAS THE SAME ISSUES THEY WILL DENY IT

Do you really need the form, are we really interested. After 12000+ complaints and issues you still do not know what the issues are? I smell a time delay rat in the works.

My system is performing better today but I note from this thread that others are suffering, are Mweb rotating the shaping or lets rather call it "extreme bandwidth limiting" just so that someone else can get a turn?
