Hello guys,
I've had a peculiar problem that I've been unable to resolve. Unfortunately no one is able to diagnose what may be causing the issue.
To the problem at hand. I've been on MWeb's 4mbps Uncapped offering for a few months now. My problem is not a conventional one. My connection performs sufficiently well and I'm yet to have a problem in this regard. PSN and most online services work well, however I cannot play Warcraft 3 online (Dota). I cannot even connect to Battle.net. Strangely enough, if I switch to my prepaid Afrihost account, everything works flawlessly. I've spent countless hours on the phone with MWeb consultants to no avail. Truth be told, they are clueless.
I'm at my wits end, and on the verge of canceling my account. What's the point of having an account that necessitates I have to have two accounts. What's worse is that no one seems to have answers for me. My line performance is actually better with MWeb, as my pings are considerably lower than with any other ISPs I have tried.
Is there anyone that could help me? I'm very frustrated and would be grateful for any assistance in finding a resolution.
Thank You
