Hi.

Need some advice on the above ISPs. Been looking for a good uncapped deal, and so far MWEB and Telkom seem to be offering the best deals. I'm looking at a 4 Mbps line (not fibre obviously. Not available for me yet) Would anyone be able to give a comparison of their services ? I already have most of their other details down like their FUP/AUPs what im looking at now is basically their network performance/quality, customer service and their installation policies (I.e. estimated cost of installation and/or what they will provide during installation. Alternatively, the ease I would be able to perform my own ADSL installation for)

Open for suggestions of other networks for UNCAPPED ADSL. My price range is 600pm or less (including line rental). If possible please provide details on the alternate network AUP/FUP, network performance/quality, customer service and installation policies.

I live in the Phoenix area of Durban.

I'm not sure whether Telkom's customer service is as bad as everyone makes it out to be but your first option should be Telkom, purely on pricing and product.

If you start to feel that their customer service is really bad then hop over to Mweb, simple as that.

Thanks. Really appreciate the help, but I can only get the 4 Mbps line. The current highest Adsl speed of my area is around 4-6 Mbps, so there's no use of a 10 Mbps line if I can't make full use of it.
