Mweb Web Filter blocking all sites...

Some time ago there was a thread about safe(r) browsing for children which I'm unable to find right now. I have 2 PCs running Mweb's Web Filter software which worked fine until this weekend. Even Google gets blocked Reinstalled, same problem....doesn't even matter that a site is on the "whitelist" (always allow).

So I'm looking for a similiar freeware app. Will appreciate your help...

LOL, probably blocks gOOGLE beacause you can search bad stuff with it...

Off the top of my head you could use OpenDNS, they have a pretty effective web filter.

Have gone the K9 Web Protection route. Pretty nice I must say
