Mweb will let me know when my line has been converted?

Hi there, sorry if this is a stupid question but i got an SMS today from Mweb saying they have received my order from telkom and will let me know once my line has been converted.

I signed up for the all in one 384kb uncapped so im guessing it means that my line is migrating from telkom to mweb? Sorry not very good at these things.

And I also just want to know how long does this process usually take? Already been waiting 1week just for my account to be activated but now got this.

yes i just phoned them for account, they forgot to sms my adsl account, it should be about 2 weeks.

you can phone them and ask how far it is
