If you think FibreStream are bad then you have not had dealings with Mweb! They falsely advertised 10 Mbps fibre Uncapped Unthrottled, when it is exactly the opposite, and it is far far worse than the slow ADSL I had before. Locking you into their contract is their way forcing you to upgrade, at much increased cost of course, to maybe get something close to what their ad actually 'promised'. I only found out afterwards they are notorious for this, and have fallen foul of the ASA for doing this repeatedly. If anyone can help me in getting past their customer 'support' firewall to declare a dispute to stop their standard dishonest business practices, I, and many others, would appreciate it.
