Hmm got this just now:

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [196.28.80.38] blocked using dnsbl-3.uceprotect.net; Your ISP NETACTIVE/AS10474 is UCEPROTECT-Level3 listed for hosting a total of 1393 abusers. See:
http://www.uceprotect.net/rblcheck.php?ipr=196.28.80.38

while forwarding mail to smtp.mweb.co.za.

This is quite a mess.

Hi All,

This situation is not that uncommon, affecting many local and overseas ISPs on a temporary basis. This occurance is being dealt with and we will be instituting additional measures to dynamically catch the activity on our network which leads to this type of blacklisting.

Note the alternative for ISPs is to block all outbound SMTP except via their own relays (which would limit mail sending volumes & recipients per mail), however we feel this would be a bit too draconian and would rather stay a little more flexible.

MWB.

I've been using MWEB's Courier bulk mailing web app for some time, and it's SMTP servers often get blacklisted...

196.28.79.167
196.28.79.77
196.28.79.78

??

Good. Hosting almost 1400 spammers is not cool.

Kill the open Mweb SMTP and have everyone use their login for it. Less hassle for everyone.
