MXit on iPhone

I have never used MXit before, but I am now chatting to a friend in Zambia on SMS, and she suggested we go to MXit. I have downloaded the app for the iPhone - I am using a 3GS.

I open the app, and there are two choices - login or register. I choose register, and on the register page it asks me for my MXit ID, PIN, display name etc etc, and right at the bottom it asks for a verification code

Now....I haven't yet received a MXit ID, so what do I put in there ? I also haven't received a verification code, what goes there ? it seems like the app is one step ahead of itself - it is asking for mxit ID's and verification before it has given me one ? seems crazy

Okay, all sorted. The MXit ID turned out to be my cellphone number, and the verification code pops up when I click on it - had to do quite a bit of searching on the web to find that I must use my cellular number as my ID - it doesn't even mention it on the mxit website
