Anyone else think this program is completely useless? 4 outta 5 machines I have installed this on ... it doesnt work. It just crashes all the time.
 
I'm using it fine. Installed on 2 different PC's. One AMD and one Intel (both Win XP Home) no complaints.
 
Yeah, the new version's WAY better than the old one, even though it's still very buggy. Honestly, do these people not TEST their product before release? I asked for the source, so I could fix it but they wouldn't give it to me :(
Btw I'm running XP SP3 only. Vista could cause some issues. Well, more issues.
 
I like emailed them, asking them "do you even test".. and basically it looks like they give the software to a bunch of kids, and hope for the best.
 
Working fine on Vista 64. I stay connected for days without any problems.
 
The Ewok lover that codes their stuff (MXiT) use to work with me... so its no surprise (his) code is broken :-) if you use outside its intended enviroment
 
I always experience an "Internal Error" or after using it for a bit all chat windows close and I am left with the main window but unable to do anything on it. It's the most buggy program ever.

I doubt Mxit only has one coder ?
 
Mxit PC is like a port of the cellphone version. I think it offers even less functionality than the version on my phone does :|

I also find it to be really annoying to use, tabs are way too big, I cant resize the windows etc etc etc....sigh
 
I can resize? And it works fine for me ;) (using some Beta on Vista)
 
I use it on Vista and have never had any issues with it.
 
I'v never had an issue. A mate of mine tells me it crashes just about every time he loads it up. The appear to just be making it more shiny, and not fixing the problems with the code.

I tried to post help (like, help them with info on why it crashes) on the mxit forums but then I was banned because my e-mail address was @gmail.com

STUFF THEM!!!!!!!!!
 
MxitPC works fine for me on all my pc's XP & Vista but when I tried to use on my bro's laptop it would crash every time if we logged in with his account but logged in fine with my account...not sure how it would play a part tho?
