12th November and I get my ADSL stats (daily thing) and I have noticed my stats have reset.

Anyone else have this?!?!

Dear subscriber

I had used 2gb of my 3gb cap! :P
??!?!!?!?!?!?!?!

My stats change daily for the past week, some days higher other days lower or even 0.
Never constantly climbing as one would expect. They also don't correspond with the Saix online stats and the "Melkhom" online stats are not working at all.

Ya, well, my stats were climbing and climbing and then bam, down to 0!
Dunno if I should be worried or happy!
Telkom could be dangling something sweet infront of me! haha.

Telkom Stats

Mine dropped from 1080 MB to 87 MB this morning in the stats received from Telkom maybe they are deducting local usage ?
SAIX Stats indicate 1080 MB TELKOM ?????

Yeah it figures....
I shoul have been capped on my one account a LONG time ago

I squeezed 10GB this month

So... what should we conclude is going on here?

Is local uncapping being implemented ?
Is there errors at Telkom/SAIX?
Should I try using my 3GB account now, only to get capped at 500mb? (previous amount + this amount)

You mean to tell me, in 1 day I used 3GB?!?!?!
Something is FUBAR HERE!

I have exactly the same problem across all of our telkominternet adsl accounts - usage jumped by well over 3GB since yesterday and now they can only surf local sites (slowly) and no international.

These usage figures are impossible - we develop software for numerous companies and the same thing has happened to all of their ADSL accounts. Even if the usage tracker was not being updated correctly, it is highly unlikely, based on history that, 7 different ADSL accounts would all have suddenly far exceeded the threshold by the 13th of the month.

This is obviously causing a serious problem for us and our clients - Telkom should not be allowed to get away with this without consequence.
