The reason for this is that you pay all your subscriptions up front.
You'll see on your bill that you have been billed pro-rata for the month you requested it, and 1 full month in advance.
When you decide to cancel the service the balance gets refunded on your account.
Does it make sense or should I rather phone and explain ?
Could also be a billing error.

Hey guys, i just had a look at the bill that i received now compared to the last one I received and it is exactly the same one. Same calls made at the same time and everything. I think that that is slightly impossible. I am going to call 808 on Monday to find out.

Me also have very strange smses on bill from iTalk this month.
there's about 3 full pages of smses in the itemised list, so when I first saw it I thought "holy cr@p!" we never sent so many smses, then on closer look I see that each sms is listed about 3-4 times, same number, same exact time sent. the charges look OK tho, only one of each charged, otherwise i would'v moaned bigtime, I don't think it is even a physical possibility to send 8 sms's in a minute
but me used to funny things on iTalk itemised bill, I've given up trying to understand the billing of data used, all the trns are listed as x units, not bytes, or Ks, or seconds, just 'somethings'
no relation between cost and 'somethings'![]()
