My fiber woes

So this is my story,

I have applied for fiber with axxess on the 8th October 2017, I am in bothas hill, my address is strange as the entrance for the property is not on that road but off the main Road. The property I am staying on has 2 other cottages and they both have fiber connected so the connection on the pole is full. The technician said he had to put an address change in and request more connections to be added, he said he should come do it by the weekend as I'm a high priority as they had to lay poles, that was nearly 3 weeks ago. I have repeatedly followed up with axxess and all I get is that they are waiting for a response from open serve, open serve did respond initially saying that fiber is not available as I believe that the address of this property is incorrect and that it shows much further up the road. So I'm stuck, no fiber. I have now emailed their sister company afrihost asking if I apply with them can they assist.

Does anyone have any advice?

Give them the address in the other road.

Okay, Thanks for the link. I am not alone... ( 6 months tho wow) Telkom phoned this morning saying that they will send a technician on Monday, let's hope this is resolved
