Yeah but I bet you don't have to service your car every 2000k kms. Don't cars go like 10k kms just for simple things? That's half a year for me. 3k/6 = R500 pm vs R1000 pm that I pay atm.

Yes true, if you're lucky enough to go without an emergency fix it works out that way.
