My mouses left button is acting up, I smacked it so hard against the desk 'i have pain in my hand extending up to my elbow.

Tried to open the thing earlier today ( as I have spare micro switches) but it has no screws and I could see no clips trying to pry it apart with a screwdriver. It's a Prestigio Racer mouse.

So I'm probably in the market for a new mouse at around ~R500 that fits really big paws.

Fappin hell. Don't you hate when that happens! Isnt it called pennis elbow or something like that?

Calm down and check out the Logitech G400.

I'm using a Gigabyte Thor and it fits my large hands nicely

........... and a few Panado.

I admit I have a mouse graveyard from over the years mouse sicknesses.

Good mouse, I have the G400s. Not sure what the difference is.

S is just the later models. I had a G700 and had it swopped twice in warrantly because of the left click going nuts and only working when it wanted. 2nd swop i got the G700s and problem seemed solved.

Isn't a screw covered by telfon pad? In some other brand it is hidden there.

Ah ok. Best mouse I had so far.. tried Razer etc. But the logitech seem to fit in my large claws.

Logitech M705 - great mouse, apparently batteries last 2 years + (2x AA's, comes with 2x Duracell ones) been using it (daily 6 hours plus) for about 9 months and battery percentage is only on 95%

Great grip/nice for bigger hands, a little bit more pricey paid R 850 at Incredible, obviously would get it cheaper - was just in a hurry

What OS? (Driver related question)

Windows 10. I also use linux but that's not important as I only game in windows.

The shape looks very similar to my current mouse, I like the indents with rubber grips on the side and how it flares out below the grip which acts as a finger rest. The thing that bugs me is that it takes two AA's which ad significantly to the weight and I cant stand heavy mice. do they have a wired model by any chance?

This is what my current mouse (Prestigio PJ-MS03) looks like,

I would love to find another one as it has served me well for donkeys years & it was dirt cheap compared to some other brands. Think I paid R230 for it back in the day from pc zone.

Like I said it (mx518) does not feel good in my hand, I've had one before. If there was a shop close by that stocked the G400 I would give it a spin but I'm not keen to order it blindly online.
