Yes, but I only redid the first 30 days. When I started the second 30 days I struggled maintaining good form with some of the exercises. Instead of injuring myself, I went back and redid the first 30 days again (for the total of 30 days - so I actually did Insanity for 90 days). After I redid it, I found the second 30 days were much easier (but still Insane).You will notice that a lot of the earlier exercises are the stepping stone to the more advanced exercises. If you are not able to complete the first cycle with relative ease, the second cycle will be brutal.
Insanity do not focus on muscle gain. It is more focused on fitness. I did notice changes in my legs, but not huge. If muscle gain is a priority something like P90X should be considered above Insanity. After Insanity my resting heart rate dropped from above 65 to below 55. So I am fitter now, but I am overweight, so muscle gain will not necessarily be visible. Hope this helps, and good luck with Insanity.
