Hi Everyone
I understand some of you are getting frustrated, please bear with us. We are probably 90% done with the upgrades on the local network - just the final adjustments in terms of load balancing North and South customers need to be made between the two IPC links that we have now.
In addition to this we are lighting up an additional 1.2GB of international bandwidth, which we hope to have in place in the first week of October, pending the readiness of London infrastructure as I understand it. This capacity is being brought online well ahead of our scheduled upgrade path.
Please hang in there guys it will definitely improve.
boerseun have you spoken to one of our specialists and gone through all of the troubleshooting on your line? Streaming is prioritized and you really should be getting a better experience than that.
