My next case

WKJ? I have that casing and she is cool but not all that quiet, I must admit. She cools everything as any good (read:expensive) should and she is easy to work with and inside. Problem for me is that the fans don't come with dust filters but they are powerful. So once every 6 weeks I go to work with paintbrush to clean the fans. Other than the dust, which any casing will pick up, they're the bomb. Perhaps also look at the Antec 1200 if you're willing to spend that much. That'll be my next case for sure cause I need some more space. You'll also find the hdd cages convenient cause each one has a dedicated 120mm or something fan and the hdd's are always cool. Overall, if you like the 900, go for it! My 2c.

Good advice, thanks mate. :)

I clean my computer quite thoroughly every few weeks so the dust filters aren't too much of a problem for me.

Is it unbearably loud?

How much you saved up now?
I'll take some of that ;)

Optimistic fellow :p

I have this one and it's great. Looks really nice and stays nice and cool. The 25cm fan can be a bit loud for some but I don't really have a rig that needs that much cooling just yet ;)

And it costs like R800 or so. :)

I've also been looking at that one, seems to be quite good as well :)

Surely there is something else in your PC that you can upgrade that would provide a tangible performance boost? Or 20gb cap?

I really don't like the whole turbine thing on the front, which i suppose is the whole appeal of the thing :p

Neither am I, but it looks to be a good case... :)

I'm not looking for a performance boost, I'm looking for space and cooling at a reasonable price ;)

lol stick it under the desk where no-one can see it :D

Or How's about the :eek: CM Stacker... that thing is so big it needs it's own area code!

I had a look at that, but I'm not paying that amount of money for a case :eek:

I attend LANs quite frequently so I don't want to put out my back trying to carry the thing :D

Hmmm, well this Aerocool of mine is not too light either ...

I also need enough space for 5 hard drives...

Basically, it'll have have to take the following:
* Striker Extreme
* Q6600 + stock cooling
* 5 SATA 3.5" drives
* 8800GT
* Creative SBLive!
* 2 Optical drives
* 500W Thermaltake PSU

With plenty of room to spare for the air to flow :D

beanie im going to check up on those aerocool's with 40cm fans

going to tell which would be good

yay been hoping a case with such a huge fan would come along
