Will drive me crazy./twitch
Why don't they line up
cant deny thatWill drive me crazy.
If an installer mounted panels like that for me, he would simply get escorted off site. If that's what the work looks like that everyone can see, then what's going on in the ceiling and in the trunking where everyone cannot see.
Never saw that, just went back and took a look, wow man!between that and not covering the batteries when drilling the wall above them I died inside xD
At first it bothered me a lot but now don't even care.

The first price was high because I wanted to rewire the whole house. As for the dust yeah I only saw that after the fact so I will be raising that with the owner of the company.that installers job just from pictures makes me feel a bit unwell, nice system otherwise, the initial price for the first job imo was just high
Imagine Werner saw that, he'd just go ballistic and explode! Meltdown!Im too am dying on the inside now >_<
dust all over this and using it as a "work bench"

Oh I understand that I'm just saying they got dust onto the terminals and into the ports. That's the before pic. This was from 2020 and it was just unwrapped so not used like the previous picture.
Yes yes I will be raising it with the owner tomorrow thanks for MyBB for catching that. I jsut hope my system runs as beautiful as yoursOh I understand that I'm just saying they got dust onto the terminals and into the ports. That's the before pic.
OK.At first it bothered me a lot but now don't even care.
As I said they will be back tomorrow as this was around 5pm when they were done.I see they couldn't bother with new trunking either. Let's just wrap some cable ties around the old ones or leave it hanging open.
I hope you still owe them money. Sadly it looks like one of those "I don't want to pay an arm and a leg" installs.
Can you DM someone who I can contact for a third-party verification? I understand your points and agree.OK.
I am just pointing to the mistakes for the benefit of those that do not know, and who might mistake it for a great install (which it clearly isn't, despite spending good money buying the Rolls-Royce of inverters). I have also personally experienced poor quality installers, but to be honest, I am too ashamed (for the installer's part) to actually publish pictures of their cockups, and to be fair, it also reflects very badly on myself as the purchaser, even if I only selected them. Note that once I discovered it, and took photos and confronted them, they quickly rectified things (for some strange reason).
So I somewhat understand your take, but yet I am puzzled that you would accept this completely unprofessional mess, and actually pay for it.
If your strategy is to acknowledge that it is a kak install, but you would not trust them to have the knowledge and capacity to understand how and why, and to rectify it, then I understand completely, because I have experienced those Dunning-Kruger ones as well, and I have paid good money afterwards to get it rectified by a competent professional.
Otherwise, if they are at the very least competent, you should insist on reparations.
It's your call, remember that you and your loved ones have to live in this home for a few years, and sell it at some stage when you move on.
