i think if there are hotline during non office hour and sunday, then it will be great... such as Allyou can eat .... their service is good. i can even register on sunday as well..

MrBeep, I admire the way you run your business but thats an incredibly unprofessional thing to say to a client.
We support and respect our competitors, and if a client feels that they can experience a service superior to that of the one we offer, they should feel free to join the competing ISP, and we should proceed to learn a lesson from the loss of a client.
You must be doing very well if you can afford to let your clients leave and go to another ISP that easily
The way I read s2000's post was that he was making a suggestion, not threatening to leave Openweb for All you can eat. In business all suggestions and opinions of your clients should be taken seriously, as it will help your business to grow. I'm sure you already know this.

Sorry, Mr Beep, I like the existing uncapped account. I just give a advice if there are hotline on sat or sunday. I know there are customer who got only openweb account. If they got the problem that cannot connect to internet. Then they can't send a email for help and support. So I just give you a way to improve the exisiting services and i think the existing customer and client will happy to get a after hour support.. I know there are a problem to run it actually. I didn't say open web isn't good. Don't you remember I write a post to praise open web services is great??
