my openweb accout cannot work now

I've got problems as well - my account won't authenticate!?
 
is it just happen from 17:00 today. because before thunder, i turn off my router and computer. and now cannot connect it . i am using telkom account to log in now..
 
A number of Telkom DSLAMs have been undergoing maintainance over the past 72 hours. It might just be that your area is being worked on.
Nonetheless, I'm happy to test your account from our networks and see if the problem is on our side.

i think if there are hotline during non office hour and sunday, then it will be great... such as Allyou can eat .... their service is good. i can even register on sunday as well..

i don't mean it. Don't be misunderstand... Open web is also great. but the problem is i cannot contact u on email if i cannot online and if i don't have other adsl account. But anyway you provide a great service as well..

MrBeep, I admire the way you run your business but thats an incredibly unprofessional thing to say to a client.
 
We support and respect our competitors, and if a client feels that they can experience a service superior to that of the one we offer, they should feel free to join the competing ISP, and we should proceed to learn a lesson from the loss of a client.

You must be doing very well if you can afford to let your clients leave and go to another ISP that easily :)

The way I read s2000's post was that he was making a suggestion, not threatening to leave Openweb for All you can eat. In business all suggestions and opinions of your clients should be taken seriously, as it will help your business to grow. I'm sure you already know this.
 
As said in my response, if a client finds a better package or deal out there, they must feel free to join the ISP offering the service.

Nowhere did I mention he MUST join another ISP. I said he should feel free to join the competing ISP.

We, as OpenWeb, will learn out of the mistake we have made to lose the client, and rectify it.

S2000 generally does not email us first, but posts on MyADSL. This drastically delays the support process.

Maybe the competing ISP he wishes to join scans every forum on this site looking for support requests. If so, it would be beneficial for S2000 to join that particular company.

We request that a client emails our support service first, with the Guest ADSL account we provided S2000 with, if a problem like this crops us.

Sorry, Mr Beep, I like the existing uncapped account. I just give a advice if there are hotline on sat or sunday. I know there are customer who got only openweb account. If they got the problem that cannot connect to internet. Then they can't send a email for help and support. So I just give you a way to improve the exisiting services and i think the existing customer and client will happy to get a after hour support.. I know there are a problem to run it actually. I didn't say open web isn't good. Don't you remember I write a post to praise open web services is great??

I agree with you whole heartedly.

Weekend support will be a fantastic service that we are looking at, but we are currently working on perfecting our weekday support with new customer relationship enhancement strategies.

Once we perfect this, weekend support as well as LAND line support will be introduced.

If you did post here and email us at the same time, why not give us some time to respond to your email first? Why post directly on a public forum at the same time as emailing us?

We would like to be granted the opportunity to reply to your mail, and solve your problem before you go public with it.

If we fail, and your email heeds no response, it would only be right to go directly to a public forum and express your dissatisfaction.

ok, i will email you first if I've got a another problem. Why do I post it here yesterday, because i would like to know is my account error(So i ask someone did they get same problem as me?) or the problem of short time.
Ok, anyway, Thank you for all of Openweb stuffs . You guys did the great job and able to solve the problem shortly. I quite satisfy it. Thank you Mr. Beep and Equinox.
