This morning - No internet light on my router but I didnt have time to phone and assumed it would sort it self out.
3.45 pm - Get home, phone, "Your exchange has been down since 12 last night and it will be fixed soon."
5.00 pm - "Still down sir, you must wait and see, I cant promise you when it will be working".
"Oh and ps, your retarded system estimated a 15 wminute wait, I waited 35 minutes!". "Oh, sorry sir."
6.00 pm - "Let me just reset something sir, there was a power failure at your exchange last night." It works!!!!! Bunch of idiots the first two are, the third consultant was brilliant! Pissed off!
