I import them from the states. Then you must be hypersensitive to capsaicin.

There are a lot of people selling anything as "bhut jolokia" unfortunately there are several chillies that look similar but just one that has that potency.

There are a couple of local places selling seeds. That's how I got my chilli garden going.
Just make sure they are reputable - I've gotten a few weird seeds before.

I know what bhuts are, i get mine from pepper joes. Those chillies are not that hot (for me). Been growing chilies for about 8 years.
