doesn't make sense, how can you move 142gb for the month? For a site your size it doesn't make sense.

Being in the online business I can relate to a site such as MyADSL easily pulling so much bandwidth. Not that hard to believe. It could be even higher of the pages were heavier and they were not compressing stuff.
These stats obviously includes all the different sections...website, forums, etc.
I have had professional experience with sites that did in the excess of 300GB / month, so ye, gauging from MyADSL, not diffcult at all, specially seeing the figures from rpm

Judging by the number of people clicking the Polls on the front page and all the recent announcements, I predict that at the end of this month we will again see a growth in the Traffic Stats.

Me? No.
Gambling is for two kinds of people. Kings and c...s.

But let me take a stab at what I think the usage might be for June.
Taking into account all the latest revelations, new members and last months sudden increase I reckon a 10 to 20% increase on last month would be in line with this months bandwidth usage.
Between 155 and 170GB.

Number 1 has 650798476 posts and 3894517 members - myadsl isn't on the list and the last ranked forum is number 1691 with 503900 posts and 31920 members - come on, we can get there!

That is according to post count, kilps. If you sort it by member count, MyADSL actually comes in at about 1328-1329...

Not bad for a comparison to international forums

this will explain why we are not allowed more than 5 smilies per post

Obviously you haven't factored in just how busy this site is every second of every day - look at how many posts are made everyday, how many new threads are started everyday - it really is hectically busy .

Where would one find this info ic? It would be very interesting to see how many posts etc. are made per day.

Hi Ajax

We have a problem with the latest stats since we moved to two servers. Hetzner is trying to combine the logs, but are running into problems. I will try to get it ASAP. By the forum activity it looks like there has been significant growth, but only the stats will be able to tell.
