ok so i played AK last night for the first time.
but only the Bandar Desert & Alborz Mountains.
in bandar desert you definitly need to be in a tank.
flipet - i was running around like i am doing a marathon.
in alborz mountain i was high in the mountains and could pick off enemy infantry quite nicely.
they find it difficult to spot you, think its got to do with the white snow background - difficult to see the light of the sniper's scope.
i had the same problem when i was in a dual with another sniper. he knew where i was, and it took me a while to figure out where he was. lots of places for snippers to hide
that gunship is quite a bitch. the closest i got to be in it was the option just to paradrop from it.

anybody here using the engineers stinger launcher?
i only manage to shoot the choppers & tanks with it.
but the jets keep deploying flares.
after my 10th miss, i swiched back to the rpg.
suppose i need to work towards unlocking the javelin.
