Server R30 patch roles out today


Changelist
- Halved flag capture score in Domination
- The Havok is now selectable in the deploy menu for the russian team on Alborz Mountains Conquest large.
- Mobile artillery drivers are now shielded within the vehicle, meaning they won’t die from using proximity defense.
- The Gunship respawn timer has been increased from 60 to 90 seconds.
- Reserved slots / join queue was not working properly on some servers; this has been fixed.
 
I saw the patch is out today. The flag points is really not cool in my opinion

I really want to see this proximity defens in action on the artillary. By the way that thing is a beast if you can get it on target and it has beast AA missiles
 
I should have also waited so i could download at work, instead of wasting my 3g cap.:o

dice should allow for manual downloads of the patches like it was with BFBC2.
 
I'm keen for some AK action tonight! Let's give this another go. So far, I only like the windmill and night map. The snow map and the "largest map EVAR OMG" can go take a hike. That huge map is going to break my shift key :/
 
But then Im sure they will lose out on the money EA pays them to use Origin and we all know they only care about the money. Stupid pictures as bonus content. ROFL

Funny you should say that. The shift key on my keyboard is starting to fade. I don't even notice that I hold that thing down constantly. Even when flying :D

Agreed grassy map and night map is cool. although I was wondering why the snowy map wasnt so awesome as it was in the trailer, then I realised what was missing...the awesome trailer music!

other than that I think the snowy map might grow on me, its very hilly and I find the "vertical" fighting aspect interesting.

I get lots of kills with the jet, but I must force myself from now on to only do ground battles - othwerwise I'll never get to know the maps
 
And also that map , can't remember then name but the 3 story buildings in TD are camping spots.
