LIES I did not play Metro yesterday. Played a few nice rounds on firestorm and damavand peak.
Was fun, Metro is boring 90% of the time though. Just there for the points.

So I won a mouse pad . its a strike X glider . Love it. Its 100% rubber and its very big. Its small prize but with all the free food and drinks that was there I didn't expect anything @ all :)

up to you but I would say no.

If you want a good one then look at the CM Storm Trigger or Logitech G710.

Remember different colour switches feel totally unique. The blues on that board have a nice click but are the loudest you can get

The trigger also has full backlight and is cheaper and you can choose what switch you prefer. I am using black switches now but will try out the browns next time

If the noise would not be a problem? I am playing with a headset and the SO loves watching tv at an above normal volume. The biggest issue is sybaritic does not stock or sell those other keyboards.
 
So do you have to buy from them? Rebeltech have great stuff and have excellent customer service.Then you have Takealot who will ship for free

For a mouse I would recommend the: CM Storm Inferno It has rubber sides and loads of buttons. The multiplier button at your thumb works like ctrl, giving all other buttons an extra function.

Thx Druk. I'll check this one out. How big is the mouse? I was looking at the CM sentinal 2 but not sure on the build quality. I have only ever had Logitech/razer mice

Two best things I bought myself - Goliathus (its big!) and a OCZ SSD :)

Its a bit bigger than the average R30 mouse, but probably the same as an average gaming mouse. I've had mine for probably 2 years now and it still works fine.
