On the weekend i got Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand from and online store. When i tryed to redeam the code is said redeamed but no download. Now they saying they cant help???? WTF

what online store. you shouldhave got it from Origin and nowhere else. Or you can buy the codes form Look & listen.
 
I used my ebuck to pay for it so couldnt get it on origin and it was only R88. Takealot was where I got it from....they said they will look into it now....WTF

You redeem the code on Origin. Origin will then download the update.
