Hi guys I hope someone can help me. I have been having problems with my Honda NC750X (Manual). The clutch starts to slip once the bike has warmed up and gets worse the hotter the bike gets. Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause?

definitely sounds like a worn clutch. (Or a badly adjusted clutch cable? I thought the clutches were bulletproof?)Hi guys I hope someone can help me. Likely the clutch is just buggered, or someone used the wrong oil.
How many kilometres?

I suspected the clutch cable and I have tried many different settings but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I have also changed the oil a couple of times since I got the bike with what the owners manual recommends. Was really hoping I wouldn't have to replace the clutch. The bike has 48 000km. Thanks for the advice
.
I think I have the honda service manual somewhere. Let me poke around.Usually there are two places to adjust the cable.
One at the lever and one further down the line.
Did you adjust both?
It could also be that the tension of the clutch cable where it connects to the clutch housing hasn’t been wound back and setup correctly, but I only know how this works in so far as it pertains to Buells so might not even relate.
Ultimately best to have a dedicated manual specific to the bike.

Clutch slips when accelerating
• Clutch lifter sticking
• Worn clutch disc
• Weak clutch springs
• No clutch lever freeplay
• Engine oil mixed with molybdenum or graphite additive
No issues with peeling stickers or such. But, I'd have to add, I have had [some of] the fairings replaced via insurance claim- my bike is not accident-free, unfortunately. The fairings are oem though, no issues with quality (visual or otherwise). Thanks so much for the feedback here. These bikes have such road presence and endless power from what I've seen. Lots of high mileage owners complain of paintwork getting easily damaged by boots etc and stickers peeling off. Any experiences in this regard? On my short list to drive as well. The red is quite pretty. But yes, this is certainly a bike that could quite easily kill a noob.I thoroughly enjoyed my loaner F750GS. But I have my heart set on eventually going fast and having an achy ass after 20 minutes, which is why I'm wanting to try a Superbike for a bit.
Side note: the GSXR 750 doesn't come with ABS at all it seems. Only the 1000. Well worth the extra money I reckon
This youtube clip.... I'll have to get a big guy or two and a couple of baseball bats....
I'm not so sure pepper spray is the best solution for full-faced helmets. If you get it wrong, you're fekked.
Spotted this downstairs.
