I mean right wing economically, ie, capital. Not right wing socially. IE nazi. (the political compass on left and right has two axis, Im specifically talking about the economic axis here)Right wing. LOL
They are kak becasue it's poorly written sensational pieces with very little substance, a lot of might/could/maybe, and around 10 a day.I mean right wing economically, ie, capital. Its always some fluff piece on how awesome this capitalist is, or how great that capitalist is. Hey if you like those kinda articles, keep Partner off your ignore list.
Watch your mouth when speaking to the wizard who gave us the arcane means by which to purge the evil from our browsers.Right wing. LOL
I kinda kept those, I do get some value from them, but each to their own. Thats the idea of the tool. Managing the content you are exposed to as you see fit. They are kak becasue it's poorly written sensational pieces with very little substance, a lot of might/could/maybe, and around 10 a day.
I cannot see them anymore though, thank the gods.
I also blocked every journo I was able to, and also BusinessTech.
Lol - how does that also have MyBroadband in the picture? You make that plugin?Similar one that works for any Xenforo forum:
![]()
XenForo Tools - Chrome Web Store
Hide XenForo content by thread, user or thread + userchromewebstore.google.com

Seems like a lot of effort.Don't instal it then. You do realise that you can inspect the code yourself and send it to your preferred LLM to check what it does?
Not a huge fan of LLM code.Just download it, stick it in your preferred LLM and ask it for a Firefox plugin.

I suspect this can filter out re-tweet only content posts?I got a small extension for Chrome/Brave/etc made for the power users on MyBroadband.
Features:
You can install the plugin here: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/mybb-super-filter-toolkit/nbdphnnjbhpdjofgjagmdheheokopghk
- Block Threads: Hide specific discussions from the main list and "New Posts."
- Block Sections: Wipe entire sub-forums (e.g., "Off-Topic") from your homepage and activity feeds.
- Block Users: Completely vanish threads started by specific users, AND hide their posts inside other threads. Also blocks threads if the blocked user is the last poster
- Lightweight: Runs locally in your browser with no tracking or external ads.
- Real-Time: Content disappears instantly; no page refresh required.
Includes useful features like a global on/off button, import/export function and a little hit counter to show you how many things the extension has blocked on a page.
Please give it a try to see if it fits your needs, and if you find any bugs or want more features, please let me know and I will see what I can do to get it coded in.
There are already some members who have access to this plugin and have been testing it, so all bugs should be ironed out., however your input is most valuable.
It should if you block the user. Or thread.I suspect this can filter out re-tweet only content posts?
Then one would be blocking 99% of theIt should if you block the user. Or thread.
Could be a decent feature for the next version, will have a look at baking that in. All social media or just X?Then one would be blocking 99% of theusersbots. Some of their content is generally ok and "contributive", but really - reposting tweets on a forum without even saying anything?
I mean; jesus just scrub for x.com, twitter.com or whatever the embed is.
I guess there's threads like YouTube videos and music threads where posts like that are fine.edit
In fact, why not leave it open-ended for any such type reposts (twit, x, titktok, yt, etc)
Yeah I was thinking of keeping that one. But I guess X and Facebook should be on the list.I guess there's threads like YouTube videos and music threads where posts like that are fine.
If that’s all you want to do, isn’t it easier to just block @FiestaSTI suspect this can filter out re-tweet only content posts?
Thats only helpful if he started the thread. A lot of the threads he bounces are not started by him. Thats when enhanced blocking comes in useful. If that’s all you want to do, isn’t it easier to just block @FiestaST
