mybroadband forums view images

My desktop displays uploaded images in threads as a link (blue line of text) when I'm logged in.

My laptop displays the images as actual images in the threads and I'm not logged in.

How can I change the settings to display pictures not links?

User CP -> General Settings -> Thread Display Options -> Show Images
