MyGaming: Fallout: New Vegas

DC, you seriously need cough syrup. I heard Lionhead Studios released a medicine thats totally Fable-ous.

Interesting how people's experiences garnered from the same material can differ. New Vegas is, by a long stretch, the most fun I've had with a single player game. Ever.

I'm enjoying it, but I still want fable. :) Even though I've spent 25+ hours on Fallout, I still find it short... But I am kinda weird...

70 hours in and I'm only now starting to approach the end of the game. It depends on how you play...

Eish, the people, they don't like Tarryn.

Can you blame them? She goes out of her way to be controversial. On the plus side, at least when she does write something good, it's usually an enjoyable read. Otherwise it's mostly half-arsed.

Lol she's getting all touchy and public about it. Reviews are there for whoever wants to read it. Like it or not, that's the reviewers sum up of the game.

Personally, I find her style irritating, uninformative and skewed by her intensive effort to be controversial. But thats also why I couldn't be bothered to read her work, there's plenty of better reviewers out there.

I guess it works both ways? If you're going to put a review out there you've got to expect some bad reactions.

Just like this statement will get. :)

All respect to her work, she obviously gives it her best.

Only 25 hours?? Let me tell you then...You are playing it wrong! You probably missed about 70% of the game's quests.

Good game, prefer fallout 3 though.around 30 hours in,wish i had more time to play it though. Will def play it through again though,do it properly next time :)

I also preferred Fallout 3 to New Vegas. But still a very good game, just don't like the world as much as Fallout 3.

I'm just battling to find motivation. But you're right HerZeLeiD, I didn't spend too much time questing. I find it difficult to wander from place to place looking for a quest.

Started a new character today, tagged Medicine, Science and Speech. Maxxed my CHArisma stat, and decided I'll try take a diplomatic walkaround. My highest weapon score is 17 for Energy Weapons. So I can talk you into buying nuclear waste, but if you pull out a toothpick and attack me I'm pretty useless.

Makes exploring and questing a little more fun. :)

I like the hardcore mode for fallout new vegas though.everything dies so fast (except those irritating deathclaws)

fing fail game , profile corrupt half way through the game , get crash to desktop instantly but starting new game works .

Mojave here I come
