Love the fact that voice mails get emailed to me in mp3 format. I'm on Control Chat and next month I will be going overseas. So I can still check on my missed calls and voice mails for free. I can also send sms's to any SA network.

MyTools is great. I didn't know you could send SMS to any SA network, I thought it was Cell-C only.

My voicemail problem above was finally fixed on September 11, incidentally by one of the techs working on the Gmail/Gtalk/Whatsapp problem. He found that call-forwarding had been disabled on my number. I don't know why nobody at the call centre or on the MyTools team was able to fix this.

I didn't know you could send SMS to any SA network, I thought it was Cell-C only.

Can I send free SMS to any destination?
With MyTools, you can send a SMS to any national South African cellphone number. They are those numbers starting with 07 and 08.

So my voicemail and filtering rules are now working perfectly, I get voicemail notifications by SMS and by email, and I can listen to them if I call 144. MyTools however, has not recorded any activity since 2011/07/29. I cannot see any of my voicemails, or calls or SMS listed since that date.
I filled in a problem feedback form a couple of days ago but haven't received a reply.

no need - I called customer services and they put in a request apparently
seems they have fixed the problem

I don't know: myTools is very useful but the speed that that page loads at is so ridiculously SLOW! Its not just that page... its CellC's page generally.... Whats wrong with it?

i would think that cell c pages would load the fastest...

It is still slow for me too, and it's not even like mine has any recent activity that it needs to load up.

I think they are working on making it faster... it loads better for me now. Have you noticed that now you can actually read the SMS you get and reply/forward them for free??

Has anyone uploaded a csv contacts file to mytools lately? The site says it will take "several minutes" but I've been waiting about 20 minutes now.
