MTN is still cheaper and I can get it ANYWHERE :p

I was in no way trying to mislead you , nor make a sale , when i saw the Free Weekender Deal mentioned here i simply wanted to find out for myself if this was true , as i cannot offer this deal as a Vodacom Dealer , i posted the link simply to assist those looking for the N80 free on Weekender .

As is true. Vodacom STILL does not have stock of the phone free on weekender. It's a ploy to simply get poeple to come to vodaworld. grr.

exactly what i thought. they may as well say get it free at R9 per month for 24 months, cause you cant get it anyway
 
I saw in the other thrad MTN also does not have stock... true or false?
does it mean then that Vodacom and MTN do not have stock of the N80 on the 'free' deals...??? :confused: :rolleyes:

I tried asking them to sign the contract now, and I'll come in and get the phone when they have stock. They obviously declined - meaning they aren't giving it to me for free. Bloody hell. :mad:
 
Went to vodaworld on Sunday and guy there said from 1st Sep Vodacome will have new prices for contract phones, My dad's contract is good for a free upgrade and the guy will call back if N80 will be available....So be patiented
 
Dose anyone want to buy the N80? I have one New Sealed in the box with a 2 year Vodacom Warranty.

WTF!! They want me to spend R400+ / month more on a contract and only drop by R600!!! :eek:

What's worse is MTN is GIVING the phone away on their Procall120 contract!!! :eek:

the company i work for had to pay R1200 on talk500 to get the n80. we got it the day after we ordered it which was about 3 weeks ago. at around the same time we also upgraded an mtn contract and are yet to received the phone. it is free on mtn however.
