NAG monopoly?

wait, telkom is bound to lower the bandwidth costs... and if you think about it, wedsite like tom's hardware, techspot etc have been going for years. so they also had the bandwidth battle...

SA needs a serious Gaming website, where there's a forum, and reviews on all games hitting SA with prices WE as south african's can expect.... A gaming website where it's run by a few guys and they aren't in it for the money, but are there to have a good gaming information center...

Most the reviewers just need a pc at home, and they submit the review via email etc...
Once the website grows in popularity, then you can expect earning money to pay for adsl...

It only needs dedication and a people who can chip in a little moola to get it running, and advertising...

Once off the ground, we can expect people to start to advertise etc...

I don't think your plan will work.

Writing for the Internet sucks. There are a trillion websites. You do not get the satisfaction of holding the end product in your hands. So trying to get good writers and keep them is difficult.

What difference does it make if Joe in the US reviews a game or if Piet does one here. Very little except for a few allusions to local stuff.

Half of what you mention is already done right here on this forum.

There are sites like Lazygamer that already carry some news.

You don't get the CD with all the demos, updates and freebies (thus saving your bandwidth)

Personally, I'd prefer a dedicated second hand computer only hardware and software site. From the home page you can link to a few cool articles about software serial numbers, building your own machines, hardware comparisons, and obviously 2nd hand stuff buying. the second hand stuff should be run like ebay/bidorbuy. And a swap section should be cool too.

I like Nag more than PCF. Most of the PCF is copied from british edition. And Luis is an idiot
