Naked ADSL preferred by many users

Strangely enough Telkom only started talking supportive of facilities leasing once others were rolling out fibre en masse.

If I recall correctly, didnt this topic come up in 2010 already? And if I remember correctly the other ISP's have been fighting for this since. 6 years later and we still sitting with this analogue, adsl marriage... devorce and get on with it already

Correct (and it goes back even further - 2006?), now go find the article on the Facilities Leasing workshop and why they changed their minds.
