Nando's VS Santam

That's nice of them.

Just FYI. I've never eaten Nando's ... ever. Simply because there isn't one where I live. And when I get to the city, there are other places that tickles my fancy more. But after this I might just make them a priority.

EDIT: Damnit, I hate posting at the end of a page. I'm going to quote myself just to get on the next page. Call it the Picard manoeuvre.

You're set to 15 posts per page? :wtf:

That's crazy, maybe try 40?

I also hate being the last post on a page and also use the default setting.

Brilliant Santam.
Just think ,the kids would have been deprived if they had not responded.

There are quite a few Nando's in India as well ! We went to one of them in Mumbai and expected the food to be on the strong side, but surprisingly enough it was not as we expected; in fact it didn't taste as nice as the SA version; something different about it.

SA restaurants use predominantly a sunflower-based oil, and India palm-based.

anyone else feel like nando's all of a sudden?

I don't have a Nando's where I live but I did go to PnP and bought a 3 bottles of their marinade sauces.

And it burnses us!!!

Awesome to see Nandos giving Santam this compliment: "Cronje said Santam's response was in incredibly good taste and it was amazing that two South African brands could work together."

Cronje said Santam's response was in incredibly good taste and it was amazing that two South African brands could work together.

"We might even be doing a little response back to them," Cronje said.

"We might even be working on it as we speak."

:D It's coming..!
