Hi,

I'm a NM customer for over 8 years and never had any problems with them.

I recently cancelled 2 contracts, more than 30 days in advance. Received proper reference numbers etc etc.

Contract expired 10 Sept. I was billed for Sept and now Oct. I'm now waiting on feedback from them regarding this. I told them that I will pay them short this month(Not on a debit order) and next month until it's sorted. I did raise a HP complaint as well.

Just a confirmation of all the complaints. Their billing department sucks. :(
