I know so many people that they've retrenched so that instead of 1 part of Naspers having 20 people doing a job, they have that same part, of 5 people and those 5 people earn the same but do 1000% more work.

I don't see many of those people anymore because they are forever working on deadlines!

And when something goes wrong, find an unsuspecting staff member to blame everything on, and in the process, completely tarnish that said employee's reputation.
