Natural Sleeping Medication that works?

Yes but generally when someone starts asking for sleeping pills they have already googled their way through that process. The OP probably has too much coffee and screentime and some people are just wired that way to not sleep at the night and suffer from serious social jet lag. If that's the case then they need professional help.
No just natural remedies that could assist with sleep is good for now.

Two Allergex knocks me out cold , but don't think the long-term use of it is good. Also makes me feel funny in the mornings until I've had about two cups of coffee.
I take Benadryl (diphenhydramine), and it works a treat, but it’s also an antihistamine.

Why “natural”?

What time do you stop drinking coffee?
Depending on his genetics this is irrelevant. People metabolise caffeine at different rates.

I say we just kidnap @RedViking and forcefully separate him from his coffee for 30 days and see what happens.

Otherwise : Magnesium Glycinate, low dose melatonin, quit staring at screens all day, expose yourself to natural sunlight first thing in the morning to help set your internal clock, go for runs.

But it’s probably the coffee and staring at screens.

I'm lying here , staring at the ceiling , wondering if there are any natural sleeping pills that works well. Two Allergex knocks me out cold , but don't think the long-term use of it is good. Also makes me feel funny in the mornings until I've had about two cups of coffee.

I tried this FoodGrown Sleep Support but it gave me an anxiety attack/feeling that that turned my brain into a horror show. Felt like darkness has consumed my soul. STAY AWAY!

Why do you think long-term use of allergex is not good?
Allergex is basically an old-school antihistamine that makes you sleepy, but it doesn’t give you proper “natural” sleep. It just sedates you, which can mess with the deeper sleep stages and leave you groggy the next day. If you use it regularly your body can also build tolerance, so you need more for the same effect, and it still doesn’t fix whatever is causing the sleep problem in the first place.

Dude. You drink coffee till 20:00 and you're asking about sleep meds? Lowest hanging fruit...
