Natural Sleeping Medication that works?

why not write out what you ingested during the whole day and the times...

that would help pinpoint the what when why wtf etc

Go for a lekker run in the AM, lots of movement through out the day, come bed time you will sleep like a baby, no piss break required even.

Trust me.
Imma stats man so I will back up my claims visually.

Feel free to brush me off but that's on you.

Side note my Apple Watch has changed my life (for the better), I've been vocal about this before & will cont to do so.

Those mixes can be a real problem, not everyone responds to adaptogens like Ashwagandha well.

I'd recommend trying L-Taurine or L-Theanine or GABA. Do one at a time.

This helps me.

Natural you say? 1768208934912.png Otherwise, exactly what @RiaX said.
You could try hundreds of natural remedies or over-the-counter sleep aids; some might work for you, others not so much - everyone's brain is wired differently. A doc will usually prescribe something short-term that's more likely to work and get your sleep back into a routine.

I've tried many natural supplements and remedies, etc. For sleep, cannabis (indica strains) smoked and not eaten, usually around suppertime, has helped me fall asleep without any grogginess the next day. - I'm not saying go and smoke weed, but it's one of the few things that has helped me. Kratom (red strains) is good for relaxation, anxiety, and pain relief, but might not help you fall asleep. Sceletium made me feel too buzzed and gave me stomach cramps. Ashwagandha did nothing - no noticeable effect on sleep. Melatonin didn't help me fall asleep, regardless of the dose; it just made me feel super groggy and slow the next day. Magnesium supplements and baths, etc, made no difference. If you drink a lot of coffee ;) , taurine can reduce some of the negative side effects of caffeine; it might improve sleep a little (do some research) - it's one of the few supplements I take daily, 500mg in the morning with coffee and 500mg before supper...

As I mentioned, what might work for someone else might not work for you. Just my 2c.

I've also had decent results with l-theanine & phosphatidylserine taken half hour before bed. Feels like I fall asleep easier in the middle of the night after waking up; mind is calmer.

Interesting! I have taken supplements with l-theanine, but not phosphatidylserine. I might give that a shot since I see that's also good for ADHD.

Try this. 5 drops under your tongue as you get into bed.

Whenever I see homeopathic I'm thinking it will take 6 months before I convince myself it is working. Will give it a try though.

I think this is the stuff that give that anxiety feeling.
I too take glycine, magnesium glycinate but instead of ashwagandha I take L-theanine.

Pair that with ear plugs (cheap orange foam ones from Dischem) and an eye mask and I sleep like a rock!
