Hey guys
So I am sitting with a predicament at the moment. I know Ncomputing is perhaps not the best way to approach it, but I need a tool or some software that I can log user account data with. What I basically need is an app that can tell me when a user logs on and off, maybe like a timer-based app?
The problem is that since the vSpace software runs on the host, the terminals (thin clients) emulate a remote session on the server. I have tried a few apps that log traffic and logon/logoff, but they are based on the IP address which helps me not at all since they all point to the server's IP.
I found an app called TrueCafe, but it is a bit much for what I need. I also tried Networx, but this program did not pick up my user accounts correctly. I looked at Internet Cafe software, but most of them need client software installed on the PC's which is not going to work for me
Anyone here have a similar situation and that might possibly have a solution for me?
