Does anybody know what the issue might be?went to withdraw cash, and got an 062 error code saying account restricted or something like that. There is funds available, but still hnot allowing me to withdraw cash.

There seems to be a problem with changes made to the system that handles card transactions. I couldn't make card payments last night and the issue seems to be coming up intermittently. I work for Nedbank, so the issue has been affecting a number of customers

Nedbank has been annoying me as of late and I'm not even banking with them. Their speedpoints seem to automatically reject the first PIN attempt regardless of whether its correct or not. Not just me...one customer after the other. Not just one shop...all the nedbank ones. First attempt fails, second succeeds instantly. grrr

My error today
Use them every day at multiple merchants and no issues. Nedbank Speedpoints are the fastest and best IMHO.

Maybe its a regional thing...I can think of 3 shops off the top of my head where every customer (except Nedbank card) had to enter their pin twice. It seems to be resolved now though.

Im based in Cape Town btw, and this is not the 1st time its happened. The annoying thing is that after standing in a long line, then to get cash, only to get the error pissed me right off.

not the gprs ones, takes ages to get done
Vx series silver ones at pick and pay and shoprite is by far the fastest for me.
