Yes you can have many PPPOE Connections with different ISP's and when ever you need one of your connections you just dial in and go ahead.

If you using the same account make sure the isp allows more than 1 concurring connection. Or else it will just disconnect you the whole time.

Flame it works, but the other computer on the router cant access internet now..how do i sort that out?

My Router is setup so that the router is on a local only settings so I never have to worry about most stuff you would on a international connection.

I usually just change the ip addresses and the Gateway and dns settings if I have a problem connection but there should not be a problem if you using a pppoe connection or auto assign from the router itself.
