Ok, I know this has been asked before, but I really need a net meter which shows whats using up all my cap! I just wanna see whats using so much bandwidth.
When I play on local servers (eg: War3.co.za) does that use up my local account, or does it kill my international cap and then my local cap???
also, is facebook really such a cap hog? I mean, my sister uses the internet, and say I'm playing a quick game of dota, she can use google and other sites and i get no lag, but the moment she does on facebook, it's like satan unleashes a whole new world of lag. I mean the worst possible lag you can imagine, like 56k dialup, only worse
