Need advice about upgrading telkom package

Hey guys, hope this is the right place to post this.

We currently have Closer plan 4 (I can't find it on the website anymore) with do broadband. We get 384kbps, around 16 hours of free calls and 9gb cap. (It seems to be around R614 per month)

Now we want to upgrade to a new Do Broadband Closer Plan 3 (For some reason, 3 seems to be the best atm). It has 4mbps line speed, with 9gb cap, unlimited callmore calls and 1300 minutes of standard call time iirc. It is listed on the website for approx R880.

Do you guys know if we will need to pay an extra fee to upgrade the package, and if I can check somewhere (Without calling them preferably) what the max line speed for our telephone connection is?

I'd love uncapped, but telkom has 99.9999999...% uptime. I can't remember when the last time was that our internet was offline, surprisingly, everything just works. I have heard way too many complaints about mweb and other uncapped providers. If I pay for a service, it has to work permanently.

Also, the stuff you listed are 384kbps, we currently have 384kbps, the main reason we are looking for an upgrade is for better line speed. (4mbps).
