Hi
We want to expand our market by introducing telesales dept in our business, but we need affordable voice plan,we will be calling potential customers all day, depending on the request we will be getting after our marketing strategy of pamphlets,we need a system where we can make calls and even record for future reference in case of contractual dispute,we need a system that will also receive "Please call me",what system do we need in place?

What hardware do we need?
Which voice service provider should we approach?
We want something cheaper yet good,we don't want to come across as too amateurish

We don't want something complex, which service provider should we approach? Bitco? Which product? Currently we have two ladies doing admin work so they are the ones who will be handling telesales so we need a system that will accommodate one or two people making outgoing calls and getting those customers we desperately need to keep afloat, please advice :)

An Asterisk based PBX would probably work for you (can manage recording quite easily), but at that size hosted is probably a better option? How many other staff have you got? What telephone system are they on?

Do you want a CRM system integrated with the telephony or are you happy to manage those separately? Do you want it to autodial leads from a list or manual dialling?

Drop me a PM if you like and I'll get someone to call you.

Morkhans is spot on when he says hosted the way to go , PBX is not required for such a small application , i will gladly talk to you with regards to your options and functionality if you PM me your contact details .
