Need help choosing a new ISP please

I am currently at MWeb on a 4mb uncapped line with 110gb per month before they start throttling me. I have children who watches youtube and so do I and I do some downloads and PC updates in the month. The Wi-Fi stays on due to cellphones, my password there is more than 20 characters and I am getting a continues AUP emails and phone calls from them trying to get me on a 6mb line - duh !!!! This is a family line and not a gaming line so I dont need 300gb or more I am just tired of being told that for the next month and a half I will be throttled because of AUP !!! My PC and Router is as safe as can come with long mixed characters like you wont believe !!!

PLEASE SOMEONE OUT THERE TELL ME WHAT IS BETTER THAN MWEB because I have had it !!!

I would just change to a 6Mb Uncapped package.

As a point of note, I have 10Mb Uncapped from MWeb, and ALL of my TV is via streaming on iTunes/Netflix/Hulu/HBO and I have never, ever been throttled

Obviously I am using more than 110gb but if I upgrade to 6mb then it will be used up even faster.
 
2Meg Business account from Afrihost w/4meg line on PPPoE relay, then a 1Meg uncapped account from AH for the family.
 
In June 2015 I used 119gb and March I used 117gb. The other months it was all under 100gb.

Why would you use it up faster?
And you would have a higher limit before you get thottled. On 10Mb Uncapped, I use between 150gb and 250Gb every month, and I clearly have not hit any limits

What I mean is that the faster the line the more you would watch youtube etc as it would run great. Are all the ISP's so strict on this ?

What? Just because the line speed increases doesn't mean you magically watch more videos...

No, it would use up exactly the same amount. Just faster.

MWeb is one of the most relaxed. I wasn't even aware that they throttled (except for torrents after a certain amount, and only in the evening)

I would watch it at a higher resolution and that would mean more data, nothing magical.

When I do download a torrent it is 300mb once a week, nothing crazy, I also set it to close when completed and set a max for others to download.
 
Thanx for all the replies, I have learned a thing or two. Keep my son of youtube !!! So MWeb is not that strict and others are even worse.
