Yes and shouldn't be used to remove a scratch.
Sell the car as is, you'll take a small knock but it would probably cover the repair cost anyway so leaving you as you were.

That looks like a Ford Focus, so not sure how much smaller you want to go, but with 5 kids, I would not recommend anything smaller.

Stay away from Brasso and just get a car liquid wax and buff that thing off, it's only surface scratch as I don't see the black plastic under the paint, it will look very much better except for that dent on the fender.

Hi there thank you so much for helping me Pitbull, and the problem is 4 of that 5 kids are homeless kids. So yes i took responsiblity for them.

Only saw the picture now. No way a scratch pen would cover that . Dent Doctor or something similar.

It has a very tiny dent but badly scratched as you can see. I had the scratch when I got the insurance so I dont think they will cover it, I just got the insurance in my name.
